Problem Review / Appointment Reservation
The $100 Appointment Reservation purchases a 45-minute Problem Review. You explain the situation; Montefuego gives an initial read on whether the problem is understood, whether Montefuego can help, and what direction appears most useful. The review may end in a defined service, a recommendation to go deeper, or a referral/direction when another path is more appropriate.
Only when deeper mapping is recommended is the $100 credited toward the $500 total Strategic Diagnostic + Execution Blueprint. The remaining $400 covers that deeper diagnostic and blueprint work.
The appointment reservation is non-refundable for no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours, or meetings where the required context is not provided. If Montefuego declines the engagement before the call, the fee may be refunded or redirected at Montefuego's discretion.
Diagnostic access
The $500 total Strategic Diagnostic + Execution Blueprint is deeper work used when the Problem Review shows that the issue needs a serious map before implementation. It may include failure-point diagnosis, priority sequence, dependencies, systems or workflow direction, risk notes, and an execution path. It does not guarantee acceptance into ongoing execution work.
Execution Blueprint
The Execution Blueprint defines the recommended direction and sequence. It does not include full implementation, custom buildout, legal advice, financial advice, or guaranteed results.
Productized services
Fixed-price or starting-price services such as Secure Payment System Setup, Website Creation, Elara, and other defined services may have their own checkout, deposit, onboarding and recurring-service paths. For the fixed-price Launch Website and Business Website offers shown on the website, the customer completes the project intake first and then completes Stripe checkout; the intake is treated as a paid website purchase only after checkout. A checkout payment reserves or purchases only the specific item named in that checkout. Final implementation scope may still depend on required client information, access, integrations and third-party services.
Elara setup fees and monthly service are separate. Deposits are applied toward the selected setup package unless otherwise stated in writing. Ongoing Elara service may rely on approved third-party infrastructure managed by Montefuego.
Payments
Fees are charged through third-party payment providers. Unless stated otherwise, Problem Review and diagnostic payments reserve evaluation/strategy time and are not a guarantee of a specific outcome. Advisory and implementation mandates start at $5,500+ and are scoped and invoiced separately.
No unsupported guarantees
Montefuego provides strategic interpretation and operating support. Results depend on context, authority, implementation, timing, and client cooperation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MONTEFUEGO.STUDIO's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific intake or service giving rise to the claim, or $500 if no paid mandate exists.
