The experience spans environments where mistakes are visible: New York court systems, Columbia University in the City of New York, the CUNY ecosystem, fashion, ticketing operations, commodity-market contexts, including ACT Commodities environments connected to New York City and Amsterdam headquarters, and full infrastructure buildouts for high-stakes companies.
This includes hands-on IT and security infrastructure work across on-premise and hybrid environments, hardware, networks, security ecosystems, vendor coordination, licensing, procurement, access control, and office buildouts from scratch, including DICE FM in NYC.
The work also includes project management, directing local and global teams, vendor/stakeholder coordination, and support for compliance and governance in high-stakes operating environments.
