Information collected
Forms may collect name, business, email, phone, website, service description, approved pricing, required customer fields, receipt or confirmation instructions, notification email, brand-asset link, brand colors, preferred launch date and other instructions needed to deliver the service.
Use
Montefuego uses this information to evaluate the request, match onboarding to the email used during checkout, configure and deliver the service, respond, maintain necessary operating records and protect the integrity of the process.
Payments and Stripe
Stripe processes payments on its own platform. Montefuego does not collect or receive full card numbers, CVC or banking credentials through this website. Payment information is also governed by Stripe’s policies.
Hosting, storage and notifications
When Netlify Forms is active for the project, submissions are stored in Netlify’s authenticated dashboard and may generate notifications to owner-approved recipients. Access should be limited to authorized team members. Montefuego does not intentionally send full onboarding content to analytics.
Managed infrastructure and service providers
For managed services such as Elara, Montefuego may use approved AI, messaging, automation, hosting, calendar or other infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service. Montefuego configures and manages the client experience, but certain operational data may be processed by those providers according to the contracted function. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through forms or automated conversations.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate, deliver and document the service, subject to applicable operating or legal obligations. No fixed period is stated here. You may request correction or deletion through the contact below.
Guided forms and data minimization
Website, AI, automation, implementation and onboarding forms use guided choices to reduce free text and collect only necessary context. For fixed-price website purchases, the completed intake is held temporarily in this browser session while the customer completes Stripe checkout, then forwarded to Netlify Forms after the customer returns from successful checkout; the temporary browser copy is removed after submission. Payment-card data is never stored by Montefuego. Other guided-form responses are sent by POST to Netlify Forms. Montefuego does not intentionally place intake content in URLs or analytics. Service-sharing events include only the stable service identifier, method, language and card location.
